We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products, and with our generous returns and exchange policy, you can have peace of mind when partnering with us. If one of our products ever fails to meet our high-quality standards, please contact Customer Service immediately with details about its age and use and we’ll do our best to make it right.
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price merchandise that is in like-new condition, including all original accessories with no visible wear, tear, or packages markings within 60 days of order shipment.
- If your return is not in the condition stated above or sent to Revolution after the eligible timeframe, your shipment will not be returned to you and the contents will become the sole property of Revolution.
- There is no restocking fee, initial shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Tights and items purchased as RevRack clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If tights or items purchased as RevRack items are returned, they will not be returned to you and the product will become the sole property of Revolution.
- Returns and exchanges can be made by calling our Customer Service team at 800.806.1157 to generate a return authorization number (RMA). The RMA will be good for 15 days and the package must be received into our warehouse within that time frame.
- Returns will be honored via refund to your original form of payment once the returned merchandise has been processed and put back into inventory within 20 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
