RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products, and with our generous returns and exchange policy, you can have peace of mind when partnering with us. If one of our products ever fails to meet our high-quality standards, please contact Customer Service immediately with details about its age and use and we’ll do our best to make it right.
RETURNS
You can be confident in costume styles purchased with Revolution! The best return policy in the industry just got better. We accept returns and exchanges on full-price merchandise that is in like-new condition, with all interior garment tags unaltered and attached, including all original accessories, with no visible wear, tear, or package markings, within 60 days of order shipment.
Now that we ship all costumes as available, your 60-day return window will begin once the last unit of that style on your order has shipped. As an example: if you order a costume where five sizes are in stock and ship on 12/15 and five sizes have a future ship date of 3/15, your return window for all ten units on the same sales order will be honored for 60 days from the 3/15 shipment date.
- If your return is not in the condition stated, is sent without an authorized or valid RMA, or sent to Revolution after the eligible timeframe, your shipment will not be credited or refunded and the contents will become the sole property of Revolution.
- There is no restocking fee, initial shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Tights and items purchased as RevRack clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If tights or items purchased as RevRack items are returned, they will not be returned to you and the product will become the sole property of Revolution.
- Returns and exchanges can be made by calling our Customer Service team at 800.806.1157 to generate a return authorization number (RMA).
- Returns will be honored via refund to your original form of payment once the returned merchandise has been processed and put back into inventory within 20 business days of receipt of the returned item(s).
- If you return a product that was purchased with RevCash, your RevCash will be added back to your account, however, Returns RevCash has an expiration date of 60-days once refunded to your RevCash balance. Please check your Rewards Dashboard to view your balance.
