We’re making it easier to get the perfect size or style! If something doesn’t work for you, call us for a replacement—even if your original item was shipped more than 60 days ago.*

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

  1. Call Us: Contact our friendly Customer Service team at 800.806.1157 to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  2. Place a New Order: Order your replacement item(s). Pricing and availability will be determined at the time of purchase.
  3. Return Your Item: We’ll email you an RMA form to include in your return package.
  4. Get Refunded: Your refund for the returned item will be credited to your original payment method within 15 business days of receiving your return.

REVOLUTION RETURN POLICY

We accept returns on full-price merchandise in like-new condition, including:

  • All interior garment tags unaltered and attached.
  • Original accessories included.
  • No visible wear, tear, or package markings.

KEY DETAILS:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 60 days from the shipment date of the last item on your order to qualify for a refund without needing to place an exchange order.
  • No Restocking Fee: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non-Eligible Items: Tights and RevRack clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
