Due to high order volume, in-stock orders are experiencing a longer than normal turnaround time. Expected ship dates for backordered items are estimated dates based on the best information we have as of today. Expedited shipping only impacts transit time. Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday year-round, except for holidays and summer stock-take. Watch our website for planned closures.

Your costume orders will now be fulfilled as items are available. We will no longer hold costume orders to ship complete by style and color. This means you will receive in-stock costume items first. Any items on your order with a future ship date will ship separately as they become available.

This change to shipping costumes as available aligns with how we ship dancewear orders. Orders will continue to be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  

If an item on your order is back-ordered, we will inform you of availability and estimated ship-date when you place your order. Back-orders will be shipped at no additional shipping charge. Estimated ship dates are subject to change. Call us at 800.806.1157 for questions about your order.

NEW! Free shipping and brokerage fees for orders of $1,500+ CAD.  

For orders less than $1,500 CAD, a flat rate of $45 CAD covers freight and brokerage fees via Canada Ground Shipping. We calculate and include all import taxes and duties at the time your order is placed. These fees are added to your Shipping Confirmation upon shipping. Your order will list details for each of the following: freight/brokerage fees, duty, Goods and Service Tax (GST), and/or HST when applicable.
