Our warehouse ships Monday through Friday year-round, except for holidays and special company events. Watch our website for planned closures.
All products ship as soon as they are available. Orders continue to be fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis, pending product availability and valid payment.
If something isn't in-stock at the time you place your order, we will provide an estimated in-stock date and ship your products when they become available with no additional shipping charge. Canadian customers purchase in Canadian dollars and can view Canadian pricing online by logging into the Canadian website.
NEW! Free shipping and brokerage fees for orders of $1,500+ CAD.
For orders less than $1,500 CAD, a flat rate of $45 CAD covers freight and brokerage fees via Canada Ground Shipping. We calculate and include all import taxes and duties at the time your order is placed. These fees are added to your Shipping Confirmation upon shipping. Your order will list details for each of the following: freight/brokerage fees, duty, Goods and Service Tax (GST), and/or HST when applicable.
